It is faster with Joomla. Maybe to need to buy the plugin + Theme.

It is more difficult in Drupal (if you do not know it). Maybe to need to buy the plugin + Theme.

Search Youtube there are working demos.

If you want speed use a Theme with quickstart installation in Joomla or Full site installation in DRupal. Then you only need to modify the default produced site.
