What's better on long and short term, WordPress or other web builders if you have no coding skills?

see, the better is a personnal in a way, and mainly depends on your time and budget.

If you do not have programming skills, better is WordPress, it is easy to learn, to maintain and with a lot of FREE and PAID support.

You do not have skills, but do you have free time, do you want to learn or to pay a school like Udemy, or to pay for a WP dev.

These change the anwer. In general as the site become bigger there are other alterntives

The long term may a solution to have a different answer.

If you have lets say 5000 users in shared hosting and you want to remain on it better is Drupal.

But if you go to VPS Wordpress is ok.
