If you know good WordPress and the sites are similar you may set up every 1 day a site, some good advices are

  • for Joomla use quickstart or demo import a site is ready in 30 min
  • for WordPress use Demo Import
  • for DRupal use prebuild themes or apps.

Then you have to just modify text and use new images.

If you are new go with WordPress.
