do you have a recent backup to restore ?
If you have or not
- change all passwords
- do no ude admin as administrator name, use a plugin and change it
- do not use as table names wp_<table_one>, change the prefix to wp_<something>_<table_one>, by using a plugin
- check if you are linub for dirs or files hiden, they start with ./something and delete them
- there are plugins that check for virus, install and check
- there are plugins that check the WP files and the original files of your version of WP
you may install wordpress and follow the below
- Do a new installation and
a) the export of the database (you can use PHPMyAdmin and then FTP via FileZilla the file to your laptop
b) from public_html > Dir of WP> three folders named wp-admin, wp-content, and wp-includes
c) some other files like .htaccess, wp-config.php (some people take backup of all files of WP root dir, maybe to need more files from a specific installation like JS, stand-alone pages, e.t.c.) Everything that has anything to do with the look and feel of your site is in a file somewhere and needs to be backed up.
AND TO COPY ALL THE BOLD TO THE NEW INSTALLATION
always to takes backup, maybe if the site is small to use Duplicator
