Well, when I was at the American College Of Greece my project was the Analysis of an English Language School.

At the Sheffield University (MSc), was the Optical Marke Reader Input In Oracle 5, with SQL*Loader & Oracle Forms 3.

The best is what you know or what you want to learn, and is translated to a future career.

Try to do your project with love, the love is going to appear. It is easy to create:

  • An LMS (Learning Management System) that has in frond WordPress or Joomla and at the back Moodle (there are demos in Youtube)
  • A Udemy clone with FREE plugins in WordPress
  • A Management System of your College (Administration) in WordPress or Joomla or CodeIgniter

In the WEB 43 % is WordPress and in practice WordPress and PHP Framework CodeIgniter are easy and you can create the app fast.

The CMS market is around 47 % of the WEB. Focus on this market for a start.

On the other hand, if you know ReactJS you can create a WordPress site with GUI in ReactJS.

More difficult is to create an app in Laravel (the king of PHP frameworks) with VueJS. There are a lot of courses in Udemy.

So it depends on

  1. what you know
  2. what you want to learn
  3. the time that you need
  4. how strong is your brain
  5. how many people participate
  6. and more
