Are online courses better for studying if I don't afford my study expenses?

I learned WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal. For Web is ok, but you must try. You see other people say

• the WordPress is difficult or
• the WordPress is easy

You must see what is for you.

I just want to add something

Yesterday I have shown a video about computers and handwriting.

They said that if we write with hand, specific centers of the brain are developed,

and the human is better, the brain works better. So better distance learning with books and written homework, and not online training for young people.
