Install a cache plugin and clear the cache

Why doesn’t my WordPress update automatically and manually?
The following lines may have been added to wp-config.php.

define( 'wp_auto_update_core', false );
define( 'DISALLOW_FILE_MODS', true );
define( 'DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true );
If one of these lines is added, it is not manually and automatically updated.
