What is the difference between PHP and PHP CodeIgniter?

   The basic difference in this study is that the PHP language does not require special Driver Connection Tools so that in connecting the database to the application, it is enough to create a connection script, while the Codeigniter Framework is required to use Driver Connections when connecting to the database.
