Answered by ekatsa on question History of Computer Science - Thanks Mr Lyras
When I was 23 (1985) and, I was studying in American College of Greece. Mr Theodoros Lyras, a great teacher, was speaking about Cobol. At that time there was no PRO*COBOL (COBOL with a relational Database like ORACLE), but a flat-type COBOL, and it was very difficult to maintain the Applications of COBOL.

I want to thank publically Mr Lyras, who was the Dean of CIS, and all of my professors for the effort to educate me and a lot of students.
