Of course Google speaks about Wix, this is another alternative.
But the most popular, easy to learn and maintain with Free support and many plugins and themes is WordPress.
Wix needs less maintenance but you are depend on the server of Wix, you can not migrate your site to another hosting.
Knowledge means freedon and time, if you have economical freedom you pay and earn time. If you go with WordPress you have to learn and consume time, see videos, participate to forums, meetups and more. Wix means less consumption of time, others perform the tasks.
