You must change also, I advice you to

Create Themes for WordPress, with FREE ver to WordPress Theme Dir and PRO to another site in order to earn money

Create a site to sell the themes

or

Work from Themeforset or any other markek place.

And then after the creation of a few Themes change your CV.
